This tasting workshop is designed to be entirely tailor-made. Whether at home, in a private room, or even outside, you choose your venue for a get-together with friends or for a team-building event where everyone can explore wine at their own pace, in a relaxed atmosphere.
The essential stages of wine tasting
Here are the different stages :
– You’ll learn to analyse the wine using your senses of sight, smell and taste, as well as hearing and touch !
– You will identify a wine’s aromas and appreciate its qualities (and possibly its faults) using an appropriate vocabulary.
– You’ll also learn about typical grape varieties, the diversity of Languedoc terroirs and appellations, winemaking techniques, etc.

You’ll understand the subtleties of wine and food pairing, and how to match a wine with a dish to bring out the flavours of both.

What the convivial wine tasting includes
The convivial wine tasting includes an introduction to wine tasting and food and wine pairing, as well as the tasting of 5 carefully selected Languedoc wines. You’ll also taste slates of regional products, offering a perfect balance with the wines tasted. Teaching materials and tasting sheets will be provided so that you can keep a detailed record of the experience.
During our first contact, we will define together the profile of the wines to be discovered, and then adjust the composition of the food and wine pairing slate a few days before the workshop.
