The convivial wine tasting is a tasting experience. Do you love wine but still find it an (almost) unknown world? Would you like to learn how to put into words your sensations when tasting wine and better understand what makes each wine so special ?
This workshop is made for you ! Whether you’re a novice wine lover or a more experienced one, it’s a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge while enjoying a convivial moment.

This tasting workshop is designed to be entirely tailor-made. Whether at home, in a private room, or even outside, you choose your venue for a get-together with friends or for a team-building event where everyone can explore wine at their own pace, in a relaxed atmosphere.
The essential stages of wine tasting
Here are the different stages :
– You’ll learn to analyse the wine using your senses of sight, smell and taste, as well as hearing and touch !
– You will identify a wine’s aromas and appreciate its qualities (and possibly its faults) using an appropriate vocabulary.
– You’ll also learn about typical grape varieties, the diversity of Languedoc terroirs and appellations, winemaking techniques, etc.

You’ll understand the subtleties of wine and food pairing, and how to match a wine with a dish to bring out the flavours of both.

What the convivial workshop includes
The convivial workshop includes an introduction to wine tasting and food and wine pairings, as well as a tasting of five carefully selected Languedoc wines. You will also sample regional products, offering a perfect balance with the wines tasted.
Teaching materials and tasting notes will be provided so that you can take away a detailed record of the experience.
When we first get in touch, we will work with you to define the profile of the wines to be discovered and adjust the composition of the pairing platter.
